Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Location: D5. Marketing
Posted on: 14 April 2025

At dusk, we're all about helping create a moment that matters for our customers through our beautiful candles, home décor, inviting stores and knowledgeable team. With almost 150 stores across Australia and NZ and more on the horizon.

We’re on the hunt for a creative, organised, and all-things-social superstar to join our team at dusk! If you’re obsessed with candles, content, love a good photoshoot, and get excited about events and influencer collabs – this one’s for you.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our CMO and Social Media Manager to bring the brand to life across digital and in-store moments. From snapping behind-the-scenes content and helping out on set, to crafting local marketing plans that turn heads (and drive foot traffic) – no two days are the same!

You’ll also be the go-to for influencer gifting, sample wrangling, and keeping our marketing calendar on point. Think: creativity meets coordination, with plenty of fun & fragrance along the way!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Jump in to support the Social Media Manager with content creation, influencer campaigns & sends, and all things social. You should feel comfortable in front of a camera & be up to date with all of the latest social trends.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to roll out creative local area marketing plans that get people through the doors.
  • Bring new store openings to life with launch activities and exciting, traffic-driving initiatives.
  • Build awesome relationships with Shopping Centre Managers and keep them in the loop with our brand calendar.
  • Help coordinate photoshoots—think sample wrangling, shoot-day support, and working alongside our product and marketing team.
  • Curate and create engaging social content that speaks to our community.
  • Organise influencer gifting and samples (and make sure it all lands with impact!).
  • Keep the marketing calendar updated and help the team stay one step ahead.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working within a similar role, be tertiary qualified, strong attention to detail, love working within a team, strong computer skills and a passion to create moments that matter for our customers!

Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you
