With over 140 stores across Australia and New Zealand (and plans to grow!), we're on the lookout for an Cluster Manager to help lead our Central Coast store network.

As a Cluster Manager you will work with and oversee  multiple locations to create an unforgettable customer experience in store. You will have a passion for customers and teams and be a true business leader with proven results. 

About the role

• Leading  teams across multiple locations you will be store based for 2-3 days per week
• Make customers and their experience in store your priority
• Lead and inspire your teams and consistently role model and coach high performance in line with our company values
• Achieve sales and KPI targets across your cluster stores
• Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns
• Ensure Visual Merchandising  and store presentation standards are exceptional
• Manage stock and prevent loss
• Provide a safe environment for team and customers

To be successful, you will: 

• Have previous leadership experience in a retail environment
• Have a passion for customer and be determined to deliver excellent customer experience
• Have a can-do attitude and ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high performing team
• Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to define clear goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
• Australian drivers licence and own car
