We are all about creating opportunities, and have a Cluster Manager role that is ready for the taking!!

This role will work with and oversee our WA region to create an unforgettable customer experience in store.

In order to be successful, you will have a passion for customers and teams and be a true business leader with proven results. In addition, you will be a strong communicator, a whizz on the computer, be agile and flexible in your way of thinking and will do all of these things whilst having fun!

About the role

• Leading  teams across multiple locations you will be store based for 2-3 days per week
• Make customers and their experience in store your priority
• Lead and inspire your teams and consistently role model and coach high performance in line with our company values
• Achieve sales and KPI targets across region store
• Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns
• Ensure Visual Merchandising  and store presentation standards are exceptional
• Manage stock and prevent loss
• Provide a safe environment for team and customers
• Regional travel

About you

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and mentor team for high performance and succession planning
• Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Experience within a high volume stock and merchandise environment
• Professional communication skills
• Flexible to contribute during peak gifting periods (Christmas and Mothers Day)
• Passion for dusk product
