About you: 

• Passionate about candles and scents: You know your lavender from your vanilla, and you can spot a soy candle from a mile away. 
• Retail experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role would be a glowing advantage. 
• Leadership Glow: You're a natural-born leader with the ability to inspire and encourage others to shine. 

• Flexibility: You're comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during special events (we promise, they'll be a blast!).
