At dusk, we're all about igniting the spark of joy through our beautiful candles, home décor, inviting stores and knowledgeable team. With almost 150 stores across Australia and NZ and more on the horizon, we’re currently on the lookout for an E-Commerce Exedcutive to join our vibrant team.

This is an important role to dusk, with the main purpose of coordinating online trading, planning and monitoring of sales whilst continually using web stats and other data.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the online product catalogue and site merchandising of products and offers.
• Carry out a weekly and/or daily, site audit to ensure that all pages are relevant and take action on any pages/product/content that needs changing.
• Coordinate the creation and upload of all website content i.e. homepages, landing pages, content pages and banners, with internal Graphic Designer.
• Ensure all written content adheres to SEO best practices for improved search engine visibility.
• Monitor and analyse website traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics.
• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with external digital agencies to align e-commerce strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in CMS and Email Marketing
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to the detail
• Ability to use web analytic tools such as Google Analytics
• Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Innovative thinker in operating both in a strategic capacity and hands-on execution.
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
